Enterprise Level - Transformation - ING

Case Study on how a large financial corporate, ING implemented the Spotify agile operational model - fascinating!

Basically this means that they removed functional, siloed business units, i.e. IT, marketing, product development and set up squads(cross functional teams of 8 people) and organised them into tribes(groups of squads with common goals)

This is very progressive, I love it, however, not suited to many organisations who would need a slower pace of change. This speed of change would only work with CEO level engagement or sponsorship.This article is very insightful but is obviously positively written, I would love to sit down with them and understand the challenges they faced along the way and how they dealt with them. I have not being involved in a corporate wide agile transformation, however, definitely on my bucket list!
