Shipster - My Game Plan

It is very exciting when a new product launches in market! Australia Post launched Shipster in October 2016 just in time for Christmas. It is a flanking strategy ahead of Amazon Prime launch in Australia. As with all new products and services, it will have an uphill battle to make it a financial success and help consumers understand the value of the service.
